K-3 Friday Folders

The partnerships of parents, students, staff, and community members are characterized by mutual commitment and collaborative effort. Parental involvement is one of the most critical variables in a student's successful education. Chappelow K-8 provides many opportunities for you to be a partner in your child's education.

Our elementary classrooms, K-3, send home a weekly Friday Folder with their students to ensure reliable communication between parents and staff. This folder will contain your child's work and relevant information from the school. Please review your child's folder each weekend, complete any necessary paperwork, and return it in the folder with your child to the classroom teacher the following week, Thursday at the latest.

4th, 5th, and Middle school Communication

Parents of students in fourth grade and above should expect to receive information as it becomes available. Information for these students is typically dispersed electronically or directly sent home with the student as they do not take home Friday Folders.

Monthly Newsletter

A monthly newsletter will be shared via Bloomz in addition to communication from teachers. This newsletter will include information such as: upcoming events, opportunities for families to help contribute to the Chappelow family, etc..
